Over time most pools will develop a leak of some kind. Leaks can be caused by ground movement and settling or aging. In most cases, the leak is very minor and most people choose to ignore it and this approach could turn out to be more costly. A leak left unattended could do major damage to your pool equipment, as well as the deck and surrounding areas of the pool.
A few things to look for:
• Do you see air in the return lines of your pool?
• Does your equipment lose prime?
• Do you see cracks in the pool?
• Is your pool deck sinking or lifting?
• Is your automatic fill valve constantly running?
• Are there soggy spots around the pool?
• Do you add water more than once a week?
If your pool has any of these symptoms, the odds are it has a leak. We can locate your leak using many state-of-the-art techniques and equipment. Most repairs turn out to be minor and can be repaired the same day as the test.
A single pool leak, if not repaired timely, can even lead to additional leaks resulting in additional costs for water, chemicals and repairs.

- Quick Leak Detection with Leakalizer
- If leak determined, report amount of water loss to customer.
- Obtain approval for full pool and spa pressurized leak detection, which also includes use of listening devices and dye testing of the structure.
- Prepare assessment and estimate for Repair
- Upon Customer's approval, proceed to Repair
